Our stay at the house was great, the home provided everything that we needed. Plenty of space, the neighborhood was quiet and located within a reasonable and convenient distance to broadway.

Needs TLC
Property Management was very responsive. However, the place has not been maintained properly. Dryer did not work. Hose was not connected and could not be connect it had hole in dryer hose. We tried to dry a load of clothes and after four hours they were still wet we discovered dryer vent was broken. It was blowing hot air could be a fire hazard. Toilet in downstairs bathroom leaks rusty spots on floor. The cleaning company did a poor job cleaning the house prior to our arrival. Tape was stuck all over the walls, streamer strings tied on stuff, holes in walls they were not repaired. Furniture was worn and had holes in it. Bathroom rug downstairs was not washed. Pillows in all bedrooms were terrible. TV remotes did not have batteries had to call property management. Master bedroom TV did not work. Property management came out to fix. Back deck looked like it had not been swept in months. I had to sweep it off before we could sit out there. The cleaning crew did not vaccum under couch cushions. I had to pick up handfuls of chips under the couch. It was disgusting also most afraid to sit on the furniture it was so dirty underneath. It could be a good vacation rental with some TLC.

Location location Location!
Within 10 minutes of everything we had going on. Code on the front door didn’t work but the owner reset it after I emailed. Beds were comfy. If you plan to cook take a spatula because we had to cook with spoons. Nice layout and we’ll be back!

Amazing Property!!!
We were so pleased with our stay!! We loved this place! The house is exactly as described with wonderful furniture and such a great vibe. We spent an amazing Christmas there and we can't wait to come back. The location is fabulous! Close to Broadway and easy access to the Interstate. We had a minor hiccup that required some communication with the property manager and found that responses and solutions were quick and forthcoming. Overall it was such a great experience!!

Perfect Stay!
We stayed at this house for 3 nights and it couldn't have been better! The house had more than enough room for 3 couples. It was clean, the location was less than 10 minutes from Broadway, and it was easy to communicate with the owner. I couldn't say enough good things!

Loved our stay!
Our stay was great! This house accommodated all our needs. We had three couples and three kids. We all had plenty of room and privacy. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom worked out great for my elderly parents. The house has easy access on and off the interstate, which made for a short drive to downtown Nashville. We would definitely stay here again.
