Such a wonderful hotel! Pick here! 🌟
This was such a wonderful hotel. We were only supposed to stay in New York 4 days and we decided to stay one extra day. We looked and called many hotels. They do not hold a ridiculous amount of money for a “hold” so that’s what led us here. We also had no where to take our luggage since we left the old hotel we were staying at. Even though booking was at 4 they let us have our room at 12!!!! The front desk was so nice and accommodating. Like 100 stars!!!! P.s. you’re not “New York living” in this hotel. What I mean is, these rooms are SPACIOUS.

Room was very new-looking and clean. Had great amenities (quality fridge with water, good coffee machine, ironing board and iron, nice, large TV, etc.). Soaps, towels, and bathroom amenities were outstanding and very enjoyable, as was the shower and water pressure. Overall, a hotel I'd be extremely happy to return to each time in town.

AC hotels Times Square was an answered prayer! We chose it at random from the internet, and it couldn’t have been a better stay. Every single person at the front desk was kind, cheerful, helpful, and genuine! The room was exactly what we expected - a beautiful city view, spacious bathroom, and super comfortable beds. The hallways were incredibly quiet and peaceful. The hotel itself was close to EVERYTHING, which was an incredible bonus - we were a super short walk away from subway lines, easy meals, and all the fun tourist spots. Now that we’ve stayed at this hotel, we’ll never stay anywhere else in NYC!

Beautiful hotel located in Time Square. My family was greeted upon arrival by the friendliest staff. Rooms were beautiful, clean and everything we needed. The roof top bar was a perfect touch. We stayed at the AC Times Square for 5 nights on a holiday to celebrate my fiancée’s 30th birthday. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and special. The lobby and front desk staff were all so helpful, kind and entertaining and made us feel so welcome. They let us check in early so we could get our bags into the room and get out exploring, they also arranged a late check out at no extra cost which was so helpful as it suited our timings to get to JFK perfectly. The hotel has an excellent location, very walkable to all the big Midtown attractions and there is a subway station right on the street corner to get you anywhere in the city. It’s a short walk/taxi from Penn Station which made getting to the hotel from JFK so easy. The rooms, lobby and bar are modern and stylish. The room surprised us at how big it was for New York, everything was new and to a high standard and spotlessly clean. We went to the rooftop bar once for happy hour which was excellent value. The cocktails were delicious and the view was incredible. I have already recommended the AC to friends and would definitely stay here again if back in New York.

I really enjoy staying at AC hotels across the country and is becoming my first choice for accommodations. The hotel definitely meet my standards. In all categories including cleanliness which is a huge factor. Staff is friendly and helpful and the room comfortable and quiet. Cleanliness is of utmost importance and room size and bathrooms are generously spaced and functional and ergonomic.
