All was well but they assigned us an ADA room without notifying us first. We didn’t realize it until we had unpacked. Everything is vey low. Desk, sinks, chair etc. otherwise good and the restaurant and bar was convenient.

Not only was it a small box of a room for two nights at 3000.00!!!!! But the couch “bed” was a once inch spring mattress. The “terrace” has zero furniture and anyone in the floor can walk it and see in your room or bathrooms!

xtra spacious, nice vibe, and 'quiet' for NYC
one of my favorite hotels...rooms are large and you can actually get a suite. i like the vibe and the location is perfect.....i had to do a meeting at union square and a meeting in the financial district and i could walk to both.

This was a last minute booking for us. Literally at a cafe 20 mins away and booked and went to the hotel. Everything was wonderful at Andez. It will be our new staple hotel when in the City. Staff and room was excellent. If I had to knock anything I’d say different pillows (but I totally could have asked for different ones from HC but just didn’t. And I miss an entire CE machine BUT you can call the FD and get as many buckets brought to you for no fee so not much to complain about there.

Great Hotel
Service was slow. No one would answer phone at front desk. Restaurant servers didnt come and ask if anything was needed after serving food. Orders were made incorrectly a few times. Hotel is very clean and bathrooms are immaculate. Exceeded expecations based on past experience with high end new york hotels. Wish the customer service was better for a 5 star restaurant.
