Good location next to Grand Station. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I had a low floor room and it was very noisy but to Be expected in NYC next to Lexington Avenue.

Location, staff was good. Staff helped us arranged taxi service to the airport and was very helpful with enquiries. Rooms are spacious and clean. Could fit 3 big luggage with space to walk. The only downside was I could hear the traffic outside. Every siren (which happened a lot since it’s New York), horn, shout, any noise from the street below. Room wasn’t soundproof properly.

Once you get over the size of the room, it’s a nice place. Staff is kind and helpful and they are there all the time. We stayed on the 4th floor. Room was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was good but oddly not very warm water.
