Great room, with a small kitchenette. There is no real lobby, so your first impression is not good. However, there is a spacious lounge on the 27th floor with 24 hr coffee available. There are seats outside also, so if the weather is nice, you get some beautiful views of the city. The hotel is across from Grand Central Terminal, which was very convenient. Be advised, however, that there are many homeless people sleeping outside the station. But, that does not appear to be specific to that area.

Great location, nice if somewhat small room, nice rooftop free tea. Could use more of a lobby, but i guess that's not their fault. I'd have at least one place to sit for folks who are less able. Maybe to the left of the check-in kiosks.

Staff is good from the check in to the staff that cares for the upkeep of the property. Breakfast included in pricing would make it a great contender with 5 star properties.
