I have stayed here multiple times over the past 6 years. Unfortunately, it seems like rooms and more specifically the mattresses are getting very run down. I could feel multiple springs popping through on the bed.

The rooms are small, but efficient. You have to call or text to have your room cleaned, so if you're used to customary cleaning, you may want to bookmark that information. There is no breakfast as this hotel, despite online platforms saying that breakfast is included. Coffee, and tea can be enjoyed for free on the 27th floor. The staff were nice, but I am certain my Uber Eats order was taken and enjoyed by a staff member.

Great location (easily could walk to Times Square and take the train to anywhere in the city), but the room was a bit small, the tv wouldn’t let us pull up YouTube or log into streaming, and the shower head was one that had to be held in one hand while being used (which was annoying). Had a good enough time but probably wouldn’t go back, there are enough other options out there in New York that I’m sure there are better ones for a similar price.
