Very close to everything we wanted to do. Right in the heart of times square area, but very close to Theaters. Two Theaters are located next to the back entrance. Also, very close to restaurants, tours and within walking distance to central park. the breakfast vouchers were not worth it, go to a coffee shop or restaurant.

For a hotel to only offer plastic glasses in the room, no room service, leaky faucet, and non-working ice machines, and then have the nerve to charge $900 per night is beyond unacceptable. We will not be back, and certainly will not recommend this hotel to our friends.

There was nothing special anout the hotel. Rooms were small, beds were small doubles not regular size. Bathroom was fine. People in the room next to ours were extremely noisy and loud till 03.00 am so we didn't get much sleep. Breakfast was poor - one hot drink, one item of food and a bottle of water per person - Crowne Plaza in UK has a better breakfast selection and is better by far. Overall, disappointed with this hotel and would not book it again.

Best location near Times Square. Beautiful hotel with amenities, close to everything and I was surprised as I considered prices of the room were lower than average in the area. Will not hesitate to return.
