Very close to everything we wanted to do. Right in the heart of times square area, but very close to Theaters. Two Theaters are located next to the back entrance. Also, very close to restaurants, tours and within walking distance to central park. the breakfast vouchers were not worth it, go to a coffee shop or restaurant.

The hot water for the shower did not work. There was blood stains on the floor. The room service button works and goes to an answering machine saying to call back they are busy with another customer but after calling guest assistance repeatedly they finally answered to tell me they do not have room service. There is also no shuttle to the airport but a very expensive car service they recommend.

We had a week stag and if thst week 3 days we did not have hot water and 4 days of the ice machine on our floor not working. The ice machine was not a huge deal, just an inconvenience. Each time we called about the hot water staff was very nice, but still didn't help the fact we did not have hot water. We went the 3rd week of Oct and apparently that is when they turn off the room ac units. We had to open our windows, which didnt really cool it off. Plus, it was awfully loud.

Check in line was soooo slow and only two people working. Then, on night one our keys would not work in the door. Called and someone came up and said battery was dead, so they replaced the battery and reprogrammed the lock. Next night, same thing and had to call someone to actually get into the room with some kind of tool. He was awfully nice but we never heard from management. Restaurant not open in morning and line at the bakery was so long we went to McDonalds and came back, same people in line.

My room was not clean. I had to wipe down the surfaces and the drawers. I had to soak the ice bucket in the bathroom sink because it dirty/sticky. There were dirty towels in the closet, and a previous guest’s folio in a drawer. I was locked out of my room because the door key pad malfunctioned. As a result I almost missed a Broadway show. I won’t be staying there again!
