I loved the “wellness” theme and the hotel was very clean and nice. I would have liked to see the gym more equipped with kettlebells and barbells, but overall very good accommodations & would stay again.

We had a great stay here during December 2024. Nice, cleans rooms. Adequate size (it is NYC after all). Great location to walk everywhere but quiet enough at night! Loved the free drink tickets too! Would definitely stay here again.

A friend and I went to the city for 3 nights. The room is a little small but we were only there to sleep and shower so it was perfect. Great location - 6min walk to grand central and the subway. After 10pm (I think) you needed your key to get into building. They had a security guard at the door/elevators which made me feel very safe. Overall you get exactly what you paid for. I would definitely stay here again!! Bed was very comfortable.

I was at the hotel for two days. in those two days the water/ice machine did not work, the refrigerator did not work, and we had no shampoo conditioner in the bathroom.
