The room was very small, and it should be a suite. In my understanding, the suite is when the living space is separated from the bedroom, it was not, I even didn't t have space to open my suitcase.

This hotel was reasonable, yet had a complementary cocktail hour, and breakfast. It is centrally located, so easy access to Broadway shows, restaurants, transportation to museums, etc. Great start for any walk to local sights.

Hello it took me a while to write this review i am a member of hotels. Com and frequent guest at the embassy hotel since 2018..from. the 25 to the 27 apone arrival i checked in to a lower floor room an 30 to 45 min in the room i had an incident i rush down to the front desk and they took care of me my room was switched knowing that this was the weekend and they were booked but they made accommodations and i got to enjoy the rest of my stay. If you have an issue the will try an solve it best as they can thanks again

Poor check in. Tried to check in three times. Didn’t get keys until 4:45 on a $600/ night room. Waited 32 minutes for elevator to go down for breakfast. We were on the 22 floor so stairs not an option. Only one elevator working. Couple next to us had been waiting for over 40 minutes. Breakfast was closing by time got there so slim pickings and cold. Staff on check in rude.

The hotel room was very clean comfortable and small, which is typical in NYC. Great location, friendly staff, awesome free breakfast and complimentary happy hour! Only complaint is the 3 small elevators for a 39 story building, meaning very long wait times

Clean but crammed hotel

Hotel was clean but room was small. Crammed a lot into a small area. Had everything I needed. Breakfast area layout is poor and not a lot of seating. Also if you don’t like eggs the breakfast is less than average
