Location is great, 12 min from Lincoln Ctr, 10min from Columbus Circle. However elevators are unacceptable, very slow and do not stop on some floors, i used a staircase. Bathroom design poor, no space for cosmetics, no space to put towels on, even though some empty corners were available to install shelves. No isolated business ctr. Overall mediocre experience.

We had the nicest check-in process we have ever had at a hotel--the woman at the front desk was lovely and helpful! The room was a little bit on the small side, but that is to be expected for NYC. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

The hotel itself is great, 👍 The staff at reception are great, the staff at breakfast were great, very attentive and efficient. However the housekeeping team who kept our room clean were outstanding!! 👏 The room truly was spotless every day when we came back from a busy day in the city. The only downside is the lack of a nearby metro station, however that is not the hotels fault!!

Nice hotel in a nice area, near central park. Hotel is about a 12 min walk from the nearest train station. Also, only 2 elevators. Be in mind if you book a higher up floor.

On weekend there is free street parking in front of hotel. Very convenient to Lincoln Center, upper west side, Columbus circle and Times Square. Hotel has a boutique feel and very good breakfast included. I will stay here again.

Unexpectedly dirty

The room was not comfortable, the bathroom was minuscule and the door got in the way of the sink. Cleaning cars were on the hallway all through out the stay, not one car, like 7 at a time The carpet was dirty
