I enjoyed my stay, but was charge twice for the bottle of water they leave in the room. When I did the check out I told the staff I consumed the two bottles of water they left in my room but my credit card was charged for four bottles of water.

Not good at all!
I was moved to two different hotels- with smaller rooms, never stayed at this hotel and was charged twice. The hotel i was put in was so small i could barely fit my suitcase with me inside of it. Horrible experience and stay and management acts like moving me twice was not a big deal- as well as charging me twice.

We loved the room and the cleanliness. Very walkable and close to Madison Square Garden/Penn Station. The only thing we did not like was that the walls were so thin and you could hear everybody else.

This is my second time staying here. I have two, completely insignificant complaints: there’s no water past 10pm. I’ve always been able to get it from the bar, but it would be awesome to have it readily available after a long day! Also, the lobby is significantly perfumed. I understand, you want people to come off the stinky streets of NY to a fresh smell, but it’s so, so strong.

Coin laundry very convenient in hotel basement. I asked for a kettle and they got it for me. I asked for seperate duvets on my king size bed and they got it for me. Great service.

Great experience!
Pros: extremely clean facility. Two queen beds were very comfortable. Nice blackout curtains and windows screened out all street noise. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Housekeeping was great at not disturbing our belongings and tidied everything daily. Hotel is nicely decorated and has a big open lobby and free happy hour. Cons: like many NY hotels, the rooms are TINY. This room didn’t have any drawers, only a chiffarobe with a lower shoe area and hanging storage. We stacked things up and made it work but would have been nicer to have more space to unpack a little. Not even room to lay two suitcases out (one suitcase was huge, though). Also the free breakfast isnt super delish. But it’s free! The paper plates were not very appealing. But you could grab some cereal or a bagel on your way out. There are only two elevators that go to the upper floors and there was a lot of waiting around. Overall great experience and would recommend this place to others, particularly bc of its proximity to Penn station.

My room was cancelled a few hours before arrival even though I called and confirmed the accomodation during that day. Was not recorded in the system by staff so when we arrived off our flight at 1am we had no room to go to. We ended up in one room with 6 people and slept on the floor until they could find us a room the next morning. Poor communication by front staff. Very disappointed. Would not stay there again.

The lobby was spacious and decorated nicely. The staff were very accessible, polite and helpful. There was always ample staff in the lobby to assist. The double queen room, while a bit small was clean, nicely equipped with a fridge, closet, and comfortable beds. The included breakfast was exceptional with many options. I would definitely stay here again
