Im not one to write bad reviews, but the condition of the hotel needs to be addressed. Leaking roof, walls that were in the middle of repair in the room, dirt and hand prints on every wall, electrical outlets busted open from the wall, unfinished room repairs, and the temperature on the heat and cooling units could not be regulated (had to open windows to cool the room down from excess heat). Had to change rooms due to repairs in our firat room and the second room was only slighty better. It appears to once be a great hotel, but it has been neglected over the years and is not to be compared to other hotels I've stayed in unfortunately.

I stay in NYC quite a bit. This was by far the worst hotel ever for the money. Yes, it was the holiday season but this is like a $120 hotel not a $600 hotel! Wasn't even greated at what was a so called front desk. Oh I take that back...it was like a "grunt". Room appeared dirty. Stuff on the walls....not sure what kind of stuff. Bathroom ceiling in shower appeared to be caving in. Appeared to be some mold in there as well. Just felt dirty. I reached out through my booking to ask for a partial credit and the hotel never responded. I will still pursue. Just do yourslef a favor and choose another hotel. There are plenty other good ones.

The hotel staff is outstanding- very well trained. This is an absolutely excellent hotel in every way. The facilities are all that one would want in a hotel but what makes it one of the best is the attention to detail by the management and all members of staff. They are all willing to help with whatever they are asked. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, placing you within walking distance of numerous attractions.

We stayed in the other tower across the street from the main tower. The lobby in that tower smelled like cigarette smoke. The lobby and hallways were not overly clean. The heat in the room did not work well, which wasn't convenient on a 15 degree night. We did not feel the hotel was worth the price at all. I will say the main tower/lobby of the hotel seemed to be much cleaner and more comfortable.

It’s a good economic New York hotel. It was clean enough and in good enough condition. Were there marks and dings on the furniture, sure but it was also under $350 in NYC.

Easy check in process . Room better than expected , except walls just need cleaning don’t look like it’s been scrubbed down , you can always hear your neighbors if they are doing the do so there’s that . Overall it’s convenient for a last min trip/room . Located right in Korea town so many food options to walk to .

We liked this hotel, but the heater/air conditioner in the room was stuck on "heat" only. We tried to cool it off with the air conditioner, but it just made the room hotter and hotter - too hot to sleep. We called the front desk but they said they couldn't do anything about it. We did just open the windows, but it took awhile to cool the room down.

Don’t think I would book again. The room is tired looking, and they charge you if you drink a water bottle. Later in the night, two people were arguing in the hallway, and no one at the front desk asks how the stay was.

The hotel is fine, but for $850 per night, there should be secure luggage storage for guests who arrive early or leave after check out. I don’t need a safe, but I do think that luggage should be stored in the back room away from the public. We were told that all luggage is left in the front window, and r although nothing ever happens to it, they couldn’t make any promises that there would be someone at the front desk to monitor our bags. 😬
