My go-to hotel when I visit NYC
I stayed for 3 nights. My room was good. Bed was comfortable. Great size TV. Staff were friendly. I was able to check-in early. It’s in a great location. No issues.

At first the king bed room seemed small but once we unpacked there was a place for everything we brought. It was a bit crowded with our big suitcases but we managed a work around. We really liked the 27th floor common area where there were free expresso coffee drinks and an outside terrace with great views of the city. The location is ideal for getting to the subway and it is only a 10 minute walk to Times Square and the theaters.

It took me 10 minutes and a lot if searching to find this hotel - it was wrong in Google Maps and with small signage. The day i left there was elevator problems - serious delays. Room was fine, great bed. Location is near Grand Central but not in the best neighborhood.

Quiet, clean. Attentive and friendly staff. Loved the water bottle stations on each floor. Right across from Grand Central, so location was great. 2 stops on the subway to Times Square. Will definitely stay here again.

Great but don’t expect what you would get out NY
Bas things : You check in yourself make the card yourself do everything yourself The parking is 6 blocks away, no shuttle and no help to carry your luggage’s. One your car is parked you can’t get to it to pickup or drop off something. We learned that after walking 6 blocks with our luggage’s and they just told us NO Hotel and rooms are clean but tiny rooms (it’s New York!) staff was friendly but not available on call that much

Workers, staff excellent …..unfortunately room was really noisy from outside sounds….probably better to leave AC on to keep white noise….made mistake of opening window and it was loud out there. Also my room was right adjacent to another room and (a)female voices were yelling way past midnight like they were watching a live show and (b)opening of door so close to our door that it sounded like they were right there. But these folks were just self centered inconsiderate brats that night
