The location was very nice. Access to multiple sub lines. Easy to navigate to many NYC sight seeing places. The room was very nice (1 double). The staff was nice in general, the breakfast staff not very good.

Perfect spot, wonderful service
Voco was perfect for our family stay in NYC. The location is perfect- close to everything but just enough away to not be crazy. They let us check in a couple hours early which was awesome, and there was hot chocolate and popcorn in the lobby every night that my kids loved. They kept our bags for free on check out day til we were ready to leave. I wasn’t expecting that to be free- that’s good service. The room was small but clean and all we needed.

Great place to stay and amazing staff!
I booked this hotel based on other reviews on how great the staff and overall good experience other guests had while they stayed at the voco hotel Times Square, and I will happily say that the other reviews were spot on! Everyone who worked at this hotel was professional, courteous , smiling and above all happy to help when needed. I recommend to anyone who asks that this is a great place to stay. (And I’m not a typical person who leaves reviews;))

The hotel was just off the beaten track, meaning that it was a quieter street, which was nice. Very clean and comfortable hotel, the lifts were a bit random, but overall the lift delays did not cause any major issues. New York(Manhattan) itself is not as clean as it used to be sadly, which is no slight on this hotel or others, but the legalisation of cannabis(in 2021) ensures there is always a strong smell in the air, and this unfortunately adds to the dirty feel of the city.
