Upon arrival I was told they were unable to find my reservation. I provided the Expedia itinerary email. I was told to take a seat in the lobby and wait 10 minutes. When I was finally given the keys to my room I noticed the cleaning cart right by my door. I believe they were unprepared for my arrival and needed to quickly clean the room.

The staff are friendly and helpful if you need anything. The Hotel breakfast was great and Kept us going Most of the day with their variety of hot food, yogurt and fresh fruit salad, carrots, celery and boiled eggs, bread including gluten-free spreads, cereals, porridge, juices, fresh fruit and muffins, teas and coffee We found the elevator a little slow at times & quicker using the stairs but we were only 5 floors up. The gym looked good but I didn't get to use it because we were so busy. Hotel was close to a subway entrance around the corner if you wanted subway, But if you like walking everywhere like we do you can walk to just about all the major hotspots and attractions and shop more on the way Ladies 😁 There was a few eateries very close (on Hotel St/around corner) ranging from taco Bell to pizza, pubs with meals or a very well established convenient store that made beautiful The beyond burgers and had self serve meals, salads and fruit with seating upstairs if you wished to eat there.

After a terrible day traveling with delays and cancelations we were greeted by the kindest person who took great care of us. The hot shower was a welcome relief and the bath products were lovely. We slept amazing in a comfy king bed with soft bedding. It was so quiet we slept past breakfast. Lol! Absolutely would stay here again and again.
