My recent stay at the Noho Soho Hotel fell short of expectations. The room was uncomfortably cold due to insufficient window insulation, and the condition of the furnishings was disappointing, with the headboard peeling noticeably. Additionally, the bathroom required significant attention, particularly the grout, which appeared aged and unkempt. For the price point, I anticipated a much higher standard of quality and maintenance. I did not receive my complementary water upon arrival it was very disappointing to say the least.

Location, location, location. If you need to leave SoHo a subway station is only a few short blocks away. Innumerable restaurants and shopping right outside your door. Bed is very comfortable and water pressure in the shower is great. Parts of the rooms are showing age but didn’t bother us at all. Will stay again.

Great customer service. We had such a great stay. We traveled with our two young daughters and they had a blast. It’s close to great shopping and restaurants. I still can’t get over the wonderful customer service. All staff was super friendly and attentive.
