Hotel condition has deteriorated over the years. There are better hotels at this same price point. The holiday themed entrance is beautiful and the bell staff is fantastic.

I had an excellent stay at the NoMo SoHo. The property is beautiful, location is great and it smells amazing from the minute you enter the lobby. The lady that greeted us at check in was wonderful. We were able to check in early which was a bonus. We had the Crosby suite with 2 bathrooms. What a nice bonus for four in a room! They immediately stocked the bathrooms with extra towels to make sure we had plenty for our stay. I will definitely be back to stay at this lovely hotel. We had excellent treatment from check in to check out!

The hotel really needs to be updated. It’s so expensive for the quality — it’s honestly from another time. Also my shower broke and was hard to use the entire time. This should be a much less expensive property for what it has to offer. The staff was very friendly, though.

This hotel is pretty bare bones. No mini bar, no amenities in the room. Can't do late check out, asked if they had a phone charger, did not have. Walls are paper thin, could hear a guy puking and another guy screaming at his girlfriend. The location is great but for 800 night, I expect a little more.
