Hotel was lovely. Unfortunately the Tribeca area is not what it used to be. Lots of sketchy people selling counterfeit goods, and there was even someone selling weed. I would not stay in that area again sadly.

Check in was easy, hotel was in close to many subway lines. Walk to Soho, Little Italy and Chinatown. Hotel rooms are a little rundown but if you're sightseeing the entire day it doesn't matter. Parking was across the street, pricey ($50-65USD/day) but the hotel gives you a coupon upon checkout and it brings it down to around $40USD a day.

We enjoyed both stays. Our flight was canceled for 3 days. Enjoyed the roof top! Thanks to Louis for accommodating our roof top needs. Everyone was friendly. The Hotel was clean!! Love the snack trays at Happy hour, and of course the wine. This is conveniently located by train stations which were easy to navigate and much more affordable. We love the exclusive access to the 21st floor amenities. Would definitely stay and recommend!!!

I had a bad experience at the Sheraton tribeca. The bathroom door was broken. The vending machine didn’t work. Had to pay for WiFi. Also, the tv remote was broken but was later fixed.

Great location to shopping and dining. Walkable to public transport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. However walls are pretty thin, so you can hear your neighbors and room smelled a little musty.

The staff is friendly and efficient. The room was spotless, dark at night and quiet. The location is very convenient to Soho and transportation. After stressful days it was wonderful to come back to the room to unwind

This hotel is old and definitely needs a refresh. They do not provide you with free WiFi. They market it, but when you’re going to connect, it asks you to pay for it. The staff said that it doesn’t charge you, but why would you need to put a card in?? The air conditioning did not work well in our unit. We had to call twice about it. We also ran into some people in the elevator who said their room smelled like cigarettes. Additionally, the chaos on canal street is what you walk out to.. but I fault myself for this part
