No trashcans in the room. No body wash/soap in the shower. Bedside light didn’t work. No TV remote. Iron was missing. Understand you get what you pay for, but the above should be expected for even the cheapest Manhattan hotels.

Annoying staff but hotel as describe.

Dozen of people lining up at exactly 3 pm because they didn't want to check in anyone even at 2;59. Took till 4 pm lining up. I have a really bad dust allergy and usually don't have to take medicine in most hotel, but this one I definitely had to. I think it's the air system. Room and hallway are very small, but as describe. Bed was comfortable. no Charger by the bed whatsoever. Room service starting to make noise and knock everywhere at 9 am. no 'do not disturb" sign available. isolation is very bad in the hallway. Paid the same price before for much better hotel. checkin out to go somewhere else.

DO NOT STAY HERE! My room did not have a thermostat (ripped off the wall), smoke detector (missing), light switches were broken with wires coming out of them. They offered me another room and it was equally as bad. Additionally, the furniture in the lobby was ripped, paint was chipped off walls in the lobby and the hotel rooms. This place NEEDS to be inspected by the NYC fire department!!! They would not refund my money, I kept getting the run around from the front desk staff and night manager. I did not stay here and had to book a room for the weekend last minute at another hotel. Consider yourself warned!!! I would NEVER recommend this place!

Don’t stay, photos are fake, fraud hotel

Hotel looks nothing like the photos. Door to our room looked like it had been knocked down by the police on multiple occasions. Staff was rude and gave false information.

Rooms were clean, staff was super nice and polite. I liked the wood floors rather than carpet in the rooms...seemed much cleaner. The mattress and pillows were excellent and very comfortable. On the downside: The cleaning staff left the trash from the rooms in the hallways by the elevator for hours - seemed pretty unsanitary. One elevator was not working, so I was glad I was on a lower floor and could use the stairs...otherwise, the wait was very long, and the elevator that was working was tiny, so it filled up fast. But the worst thing was the WiFi connection - it was terrible. Worse that Dial-up. Very inconsistent and spotty. There's no cause for that in 2025! Don't plan to get any work done from there, if you travel on business. However, I would absolutely stay there again if they upgrade their WiFI system.

Great Location if you're first time in NYC. Times Square is a very busy tourist area, but this hotel is a excellent value in comparison to other hotels in the area with comparable or higher room rates and amenities. Except for the noisy, ocuupants in the room next door to me (shouting and loud music) I enjoyed and was very satisfied with my accomodations. I only wish the front desk was more adamant about asking the occupants to keep their noise levels at respectable levels. I'm sure the other guests on the floor did not appreciate it either.

Great location, great price, a little shabby

The premium room with queen bed and twin bunks was spacious for NYC. It was nice to have 2 rooms for a family with two teenage boys. That being said, the bunks were uncomfortable. The hotel was clean but shabby. The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. You can not beat the location and the price.
