the front desk staff is so pleasant and accomodating and the check in process was so quick. the location is so convenient to where were going. we only stayed for 1 night, when turning the shower on, it makes a weird sound and the aircon is so out dated. we went to all the floors where it says the ice vending machines are located but all is broken, what a waste of time and there’s only 2 tiny elevators for a 15-storey hotel. will not recommend.

The elevator didn't really work. The room was tiny, hot, and humid. The shower only had 1/2 a door (spillage). The cleaning personnel, however, was lovely and very nice.

Convenient stay for Hadestown. Great price
Two of elevators did not work. Only one elevator for all 16 floors. The ac was Fanta however no air conditioning in the lobby. There is No Parking at this hotel

Only one elevator working. Second time here. They always say it’s being repaired. It’s not Room this visit was NOT cleaned under the bed. Old napkins. Dust. Gross. Window treatments broken. Inoperative. Can’t look out windows.

Staff don’t help , no do not disturb signs and shower didn’t have a cover overall trash hotel . Staff was mean and didn’t bother helping customers and they charge a holding fee of 125 dollars and 35 dollars to stay there on top of your original payment . So trash highly recommend staying somewhere else .

Very spacious room, fresh clean linen, and great pillows - good offering of soaps and shampoos, easy check in/out and team were lovely, excellent aircon in room. Bathroom needed some attention as there were some bugs in the shower, and some of the sockets in the bedroom were missing covers.

Adequate
Well, most of the reviews are spot on. Only 2 elevators and not very many amenities in general. The room was clean but in rough shape, paint on the wall and moulding was chipped. The beds were very comfortable, the TVs worked and the shower had nice water pressure, and the location was great. We really only booked because they had a unique room, one double bed and then 2 bunk beds so the kids didn't have to share a bed and this made them very happy. We weren't in the room much since we were out seeing the sights. All in all it was adequate, but I'm not sure I would stay there again. A little TLC and it could be a pretty nice hotel.
