Inappropriately met our needs and the state was comfortable. Although YouTube icon was on the TV, we could not get into YouTube as a guest. Otherwise the state was enjoyable.

There's some excellent and some extremely bad here
1. Front desk staff couldn't be bothered to check us in, or check us out the following day. Never made eye contact with us once. No greeting, no smiles, no "thank you for your stay," etc, etc. 2. Breakfast was paltry: cinnamon muffins the size of pin-pong ball, coffee was barely tepid (!), no scrambled egg, no pancake availability, etc. On scale of 0-10? "2"

A very nice hotel
The front desk employees were kind and friendly. While our room was a bit noisy from traffic, it was still possible to get a good night's sleep. It is conveniently located with stores, gas stations and places to eat. I would definitely go back and stay there again.

So this is my second time at this hotel. I came here for my birthday weekend. The staff was super accommodating and I would be returning back soon. I definitely recommend this hotel. The pool and the free breakfast is a must

We arrived in the morning and were told that the room won't be ready until 3pm. So we went out and came back after 4pm. But the front desk lady told us that our room is still not ready. When I asked her how long it will take to have it ready, she looked like annoyed and said she has no idea and it's being worked. We are not happy with that level of service.

We selected the property based on the shuttle. Shuttle service at this hotel is a farce. It's misleading to say they have it when it's incredibly limited. There's no food after breakfast.... no restaurant. The wifi crashed. And we were placed in a room right next to the elevator.... which is noisy. The breakfast crew was pleasant.
