Didn't get to stay there, something came up last min. I cancelled my room, immediately after booking, same day. This hotel would not return my money. This hotel would not respond to Expedia regarding my refund. Ended up attempting to get my money through travel insurance, as well. Denied that as well. Never had such a bad booking/cancellation experience.

Amazing staff and hotel.
What an amazing stay. They we t over and above for us. We had our puppy with us. They made sure we were put in a room close to the our door doggie area, had doggie snacks, made sure all of including the puppy were comfortable. The front desk ladie was so wonderful, she even got on the floor and played with our fur baby. Breakfast was nice. Sandwiches fruit yoguart pastries oatmeal waffles. Such a good variety. We will definitely stay here again.
