We stayed on 3 hotels in this immediate area over a longer stay, this was the best of the 3. Showers were better than anywhere. else. we'll stay here again!

The staff check-in and check-out amazing. The breakfast was fine. The room was horrible dirty and need update. The price of the room is not valid with what it is. It's not fair its high price and very poor room quality. The TV in the room didn't turn on.

The front desk staff was wonderful. The restroom in the room was in lack of cleaning. The pool was okay but the jacuzzi wasn’t disgusting. As I stated previously the staff is outstanding but the cleaning needs improvement.

I would definitely stay here again. I know the hotel was packed because there was several basketball groups there for a tournament. But, it was so quiet, you would never know anyone else was there. The staff was super friendly and kind! Very clean hotel and the ac worked extremely well!

Love when we find a place that accommodates our dogs AND isn't a dump! This hotel was very nice. It was convenient to get around with lots of restaurants close

So-so stay
The room was extremely hot upon entering. It took several minutes for the air to turn on and took quite awhile for it to cool down. The door on the room made a horrible clicking noise every time the air turned off and the refrigerator was noisy as it was cycling. Needless to stay I paid for a room I didn’t sleep in. Loved the shampoo and conditioner provided in the room. The room was very clean and the staff were all very friendly.

Fraudulent Description of Amenities
There was no specifying that the pool was empty, which is the ONLY thing that my kids wanted to do while we were there. When we tried to get a refund the desk clerk was a unprofessional jerk. We went and paid for another room elsewhere and started a claim with yall.

Housekeeping staff could be more quiet when close to rooms. Although the laundry area is 3 doors down, I could hear every word and laughter in early morning.
