Our cute, welcoming home in North Charleston is only 10 minutes driving to Downtown Charleston, and 6 to 8 minutes to popular spots like Park Circle and the North Charleston Coliseum. Enjoy a sparkling clean home with excellent king and queen beds. The kitchen is fully stocked and we offer great WiFi and a free washer/dryer. There is a fenced yard and lots of parking. The area is urban and working class, it is not fancy. Please read our location description before booking!

**Our home is in North Charleston in the neighborhood of Dorchester Terrace, which is urban, diverse and working class. While the neighborhood is changing, and there are other AirBnBs in the area because it is located so close to Downtown Charleston and Park Circle, it is not fancy, nor is it considered a "good" or "tourist" area. Many homes are being renovated, but there are still homes that are run down and/or not well kept. This is why our price is so much lower than what a similar house in a better area would cost. Please don't book if you are expecting a high-end area and are going to complain about the neighborhood!
**There is a TV into which you can plug your own device via the HDMI port, for example a Firestick or Roku. It is not a Smart TV and it does not have regular TV, cable, streaming devices, etc.
**Our cute, comfortable home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 900 square feet. One bedroom has a king bed and the other a queen. The room with the king has a work desk and lamp. There is a TV into which you can plug your own device via the HDMI port, for example a Firestick or Roku. The kitchen has a small table that seats four, and there are plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc. The bathroom is sparkling clean and has a standup shower. The yard is fully fenced in. The driveway can fit up to 3 cars. There is no room for RVs, trailers, buses, etc. There is an interior security system and prior to check-in you receive the code so you can use it if you would like.
