Very nice stay. So glad to be able to bring my dog. My only recommendation is to add pet stations (poop bags and trash) so that other fur parents know and are able to clean up after their pets.

I was there a couple years ago and it has gone downhill. The staff was great! Could be cleaner. The beds were not comfortable. This year’s visit was not horrible but the building could use some sprucing up and cleaning.

The grounds were beautiful. The lobby and breakfast area was clean and nice. The “free” breakfast wasn’t so free when you add the extra $20 resort fees that we were not aware we would have to pay. The room while they seemed to be clean were very old, outdated and smelled musty.

Unhappy that we had to pay an extra $20 per day for amenities that were not disclosed when booking. Place is very outdated, grounds fair. Parking is inconvenient and they need more lighting walking from parking lot on the driveway at night is dangerous and it's hard to see the sidewalks leading from the driveway to entrances.

Spectacular Location, but....
It is a very tired old resort - it is dated and needs a major face-lift. It does remind us a bit like the resort in the movie Dirty Dancing. Very clean, friendly staff, in the center of North Conway, wonderful view of the scenery, especially from the dining room. Great family facilities: indoor pool, outdoor pool, mini putt, games room, etc.. I would like to give it a higher rating, as I could picture what it must have been in its prime.

The property itself has a beautiful view. It looks nice outside. The rooms were clean, However, they need to remove the carpet. I couldn’t breathe because of the smell of cigarettes.
