We very much enjoyed our night at this hotel. The room was clean and nicely decorated. It is not new but well kept. The staff were nice and breakfast was good. The best thing was a reasonable nightly rate. We would stay again if in the area.

Won’t stay again.
Besides the front desk clerk being sweet, there wasn’t much positive I can say about our stay. I slept on top of the covers with a blanket I brought on our trip because the sheets were pilled and scratchy. No air was on when we arrived and even by the morning it wasn’t cold in the room. Also, there was a terrible smell (smelled like manure) outside which they couldn’t control obviously but just fyi if you want to enjoy the pool outside. They had redone the bathroom tile but it had mold around the bottom of the shower stall. Breakfast, we didn’t attempt, we just left as soon as possible. If the room had only been $60 I would have been fine because I would have gotten what I paid for but for $105 I expected more especially after all the rave reviews.

Excellent staff. Great Breakfast. Older motel but very well maintained. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Easy parking and access to rooms.

Check in was good with efficient young person and you get a real key, not electronic card. This is a two story older motel with a walkway over the 1st floor sidewalk. If you get first floor it is the typical park in front of you room, which is very convenient, especially if you have bikes. The place appears to have been remodeled with paint in good condition and maintenance has been done well. No screens on doors & flies are common, but not serious problem. It is 2 miles from interstate 70. Pizza Hut and Sonic not too far away. Pool is out side with no privacy fence and by the parking lot. Excellent hot breakfast with biscuits and gravy, waffle machine and other choices. Ned’s are comfortable enough but not new.mTV is small by todays standards.

Pool was nice and supplied with pool toys. Breakfast was hot and good. Ice machine was accessible. Room was extremely clean! I recommend fully-enclosed/zipped mattresses to prevent the possibility of bedbugs, although the room didn't have any.

Yes, the outside of this property could use a facelift, but don’t let it stop you from staying. The rooms are large in size and clean. It has a mini-fridge and coffee maker. The breakfast in the morning was also good—breakfast casserole, waffles, etc. We stayed here, ate at the Bluff restaurant, and Monument Rocks landmark is down Highway 83. I would stay here again if I stop in through Oakley, KS.

Cute little hotel room with antique furniture. The girl who checked us in was very sweet. Checkout was easy, and there is plenty of parking. Bathroom was tiny, and the tub continued to drain even with the plug. Very small tv with limited options. The remote has options for signing in for Netflix and some other streaming services, but it doesnt work. No phone service, but the wifi was decent. Overall, a quaint little spot to rest and relax.
