I called hotel to explain we were on the way and my partner might arrive earlier. The hotel personnel was abrupt on phone. Briefly stated the person who booked ie myself was only able to check in not my partner. Then I was hung up on. Not impressed. Bar staff not friendly.

Pros- Hotel was very close proximity to Oakville Go Train which was great. Appeared clean, front desk staff at 11:30pm seemed friendly not very knowledgeable about amenities in room. Cons- king size bed felt like sleeping on a concrete floor. Very uncomfortable. Paper thin walls. Woken up at 6am by a mans voice on what seemed to be a phone call, in the next room which took place for over an hour until we had enough and just got up and left. We could hear every word.

Great hotel
Good hotel. If you're looking to book for a family with kids that would like to enjoy the pool, be aware that the pool hours are not awesome. What's more, the pool is located out in the open, adjacent to the lobby. Besides the pool hours though, everything was great. Restaurant had fantastic breakfast, the staff was friendly, and the location of the hotel is very convenient. The hotel is located only 500m or so from the Oakville GO train station.

It is a nice place to stay for a family vacation, close to highways, it is also clean with plenty of parking, the guest service is excellent. We like the warm and clean indoor swimming pool. I recommend this hotel to anyone wants to visit Oakville for work or vacation.
