"My family of 5 stayed for a couple of nights while visiting my inlaws. My kids are late teens and early twenties & this location was great for them. The rooftop pool and bar was a great place to hang out and the hotel was close enough to the bars/restaurants on the Avenue to walk. I noticed the cleaning staff constantly cleaning something, & everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful."

"Our Holiday Stay, was absolutely amazing the staff from the time we checked in to the time we checked out was kind and helpful. It rained the whole time we were in Delray Beach, but the Colony Hotel, had breakfast, a lovely bar, live music and the best front patio view in town. The Colony is situated right in the middle of downtown Delray Beach close to everything. We look forward to our next stay at the Colony Hotel! "
