Nice Spot, higher end environment seems a bit understaff. For 500-600$ a night morning turn down at the very least should be expect.

Beautiful lobby and facilities. Staff at the front desk/check in and the pool staff were more than accomodating and friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are nicely decorated and modern but small. Love the location - Pineapple Grove is a trendy neighborhood with lots of great shops and restaurants and good location to walk all around downtown Delray Beach. It's about a mile walk to the beach but they provide a shuttle and vouchers to get chairs at the beach. Valet parking is expensive at the hotel but we were often able to find parking on the street. Room came with a balcony which was nice but view was just of the street and townhouses next door so nothing to look at.

the staff was very informative, and friendly. The location was excellent to the downtown area. getting our car from valet was very quick. the rooms were very clean and comfortable. only minuscule complaint was there was a lock on the AC so we could not turn it down to the desired temp. oh pool area upstairs, very nice.

The room was very damp, and also had unclean floors, the hotel receptionist should not be in her position, false alarms for fires, evacuations occured at night without interior room safety lighting, elevator issues and hospitality issues when the gen. mgr. is not there, the hotel runs better when present on the job. Boutique hotels are more than interior design and a great restaurant. Strong pass on this again.

STAY AT THE OPAL RESORT INSTEAD

I booked this trip & had an itinerary & booking # from you all & if I cancelled you would've charged me the $800+ BUT INSTEAD I got to the hotel & they did not have my booking on file/record & they were sold out & I had NO WHERE to stay. I will TELL AS MANY PEOPLE AS I POSSIBLY CAN, FOR AS LONG AS I CAN - EVERYWHERE I CAN - to NEVER EVER EVER USE Hotels.com - YOU RUINED MY HOLIDAY!!!! & did nothing for me other than make me sit on hold for 2 HOURS just to say SORRY - WORST COMPANY EVER & anywhere I can spread the news for as long as I can - I WILL!!!
