Broken toilet, musty moldy smell throughout room. Changed rooms TV issues, bathroom floor water damaged. Dirty. Staff somewhat helpful. Not worth the $$$

The toilet had been used and not flushed . Not sure if they even cleaned in between guest. The faucet in the shower had tried to be repaired but was not. The cable wires for the tv was run around the room and not hidden just laying around everywhere. The front door had to be slammed to shut and everytime you did made a loud squeaking sound. The chair at the desk was nit safe to sit in . It needs to be thrown away. Over all the entire motel needs updated. .

The room smelled of strong cleaning bleach. Floor was not swept and the appliances and even bathtub had rust. Also there was a brown stain on a pillow case

Repairs are Needed ASAP --I Will Not Return Ever
The housekeeping staff, when I checked in, was the highlight of this stay. Kim, the housekeeper, came quickly to change the sheets on my bed as they were dirty upon arrival. I did not witness any bugs...this was a plus. There was mold on the ceiling and the bathroom area had hairs all around it and feces around the toilet. This was gross and should have been handled prior to me arriving. I will never return to his hotel as it is not clean and needs updates and a better cleaning system. The entire hotel needs to be renovated as it appears to be in need of major repairs.

This place was filthy. The woman checking me in offered me a smoking room despite the reservation being non-smoking. When I told her that I would require non-smoking for my young daughter with asthma, she said ok, but the room still reeked of smoke. We walked past a “fitness room” that was just storage full of broken furniture and electronics. The cleanliness of the room was laughable. The sink still had a toothpaste glob from the previous guest in it, and the bottoms of our feet were BLACK after walking barefoot across the floor. It was disgusting.

I emailed about the weekend of this that this was the worst experience of our lives and HOTELS.com should never route their cust's to this place. I never got a reply or anything. Silence speaks volumes - especially to those who do not often make complaints. You should be embarrassed and ashamed you sent me and my family to this place. This place was absolutely nasty. smoke alarm had no power to it at all. Shower did not work & curtain rod would not even stay attached correctly to keep water in. My kids were literally afraid to sit their stuff on the beds much less themselves. We had to book & pay a higher rate b/c "they were booked" and the "demand" - There were 4 other cars in the parking lot and I literally only saw 6 other people on the grounds. We were there less than a half hour before I had to call another motel and go there to stay the night. Owner/mgr refused to refund us. Offered another room - NO THANK YOU. So then I had to pay another 440 to go somewhere else that had higher rates due to demand and booking. 700 out of my pocket b/c I trusted Hotels.com would not steer me and my family to anything remotely like this. Shame on you.

The place was dirty but that wasn't the worst part. There was a man sized hole behind the bathroom mirror leading into the next room. There were soup packets between the rooms and a toothbrush. When I called the front desk to report the "secret room" I was told I could only get a partial refund or a different room. I took the other room that wasn't much cleaner. While putting our luggage in the room we were approached for drugs and/or sex. The room adjacent from us had what appeared to be a gun shot in the window. We decided to take our belongings with us for the day before returning the second night. They had stripped our room meaning they went in while we were out. We baracaded the door and slept with one eye open. I have photos to share.

Would not recommend to anyone. Very dirty & old hotel. Cheep, thin towels, electrical outlets exposed, shower leaked, had loose tiles and mold on ceiling, floors were filthy, definitely did not walk around bare footed, only on side of the bed could the night lite be plugged in because the cords would not reach outlets, and so much more was wrong. We would have checked ourselves out right away but it was a prepay deal of $475 for 2 nights and all hotels were already full around us due to being a football weekend. Worse hotel we have ever stayed in!!!
