10/10 for the price, room and location! We spent 4 nights here and absolutely enjoyed our stay! The Mickey waffles on the breakfast buffet was amazing and started my kids morning with the Disney Magic! Dawn at the front desk was AMAZING! The location to the parks was perfect and getting in and out of the hotel to them was a breeze! The hotel is a little dated BUT it makes up for it with price, customer service and location! My son enjoyed the pool and we ordered sushi twice from the restaurant downstairs. Definitely try the fried cheesecake!! There was PLENTY of room in the room for our family of 4 and my one year old crawled all over the beautiful laminate flooring and not once had dirty knees! The beds were comfy and the sheets pristine white! The towels were fluffy and we had more than enough! There was plenty of parking and never had to look hard for a space. We will definitely be booking here for our future Disney trips!! Breakfast buffet is included in the price and was pretty decent.

The employees were very courteous and their treatment of us was perfect, the girls at the front desk were super empathetic, but I would like to give a suggestion and that is that they should give a bracelet to all the guests who stay at their hotel, since We had a situation where someone who was not staying entered the hotel and started following us. Thank God we realized it in time and the girl at the front desk took action and spoke to an employee and the employee was attentive to us The hotel is very good but it needs security.

My teens and I really enjoyed our stay! Convenient location for Disney Parks and has free parking. The front desk staff we encountered were professional and welcoming. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable and the shower had nice water pressure. Housekeeping employees always said hello and good morning in the hallways. Great breakfast choices. Had a really nice stay! I travel often and would return and recommend as a budget friendly option.

We thought our room was dirty. We requested new sheets because the sheets on our bed were dingy looking. The new sheets also looked dingy. The towels also looked dirty. We only stayed one night as we were passing through the area. I would not stay there again.

Don't Stay Here
We arrived at our vacation stay at night. The hotel did not have our requested crib ready. Only one of the key cards was activated correctly, causing confusion and we ended up getting locked out briefly because of that. The beds are double beds and very hard. Not comfortable at all. The room had a musty smell. The breakfast was very plain, boring, not good at all. Very few options for breakfast. The small room where breakfast is served is very hot. Uncomfortably hot. The phone in the room doesn't work. When I asked maintenance about it, they just said "It hasn't worked in a while". It was not fixed while we stayed. I would not recommend.
