This is a beautiful six bedroom home located in the luxurious Community of Davenport with plenty of SUNSHINE and plenty of things to do! The home has 2 master suites that’s over 3,000 sq.ft. This spacious home is all yours with amenities including, WIFI, private pool and whirlpool spa, spacious bedrooms, dine in kitchen, extra lounge living area. Solterra Club House is one block away, includes workout gym, community pool with slide, lazy river, tennis court, gulf resort, Cafe Sol Bar & Grill. Minutes away from Disney World, shopping malls, and other tourist attractions!

Bedroom 1- located on the first level. Extra large room with Queen bed.

Master suite 2- a King bed and private bathroom with the shower, this bedroom is located on the second floor and includes a walk in closet.

Bedroom 3- located on the second floor includes one queen bed.

Bedroom 4-upstairs includes two twin size beds.

Bedroom 5-upstairs include two twin size beds.

Bedroom 6-located on the second floor, includes king size bed. This room is a master suite and has a oversized bathroom and a walk in closet.

Each bedroom has its own flat screen smart TV. Each bathroom includes a hairdryer.

There is a game room and lounge for guests.Please note that the heat for the pool is $35 per day. Absolutely NO loose trash is allowed in the trash bin. Trash must be placed in a trash bag tied. Family Disney Stay
This property is very large and includes all the amenities you could ask for. The pool and hot tub space was perfect and the two living areas was a godsend with the 5 grandchildren. I have already told several of my friends about it. The only problem we experienced was parking in the neighborhood on Saturday night. The resort allowed a party group with a stretch lemo to take up all the available spaces leaving us no space for our 3rd car. This was completely out of the owners control.

Great home for families
Our family spent Thanksgiving in Orlando. This resort was close to where we needed to be(ESPN center). Lovely, clean spacious home. The layout was great because we were able to spread out. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to relax/close to Disney
The house is big, clean, and safe with a pool fence and door alarm to keep kids from going outside without anyone knowing. It is close to Disney and Universal and Disney Springs, but it also has a large pool and a hot tub which are amazing to relax in-whether the whole time you’re there or after a long day walking around the parks! We loved the master bedroom with the huge tub, and having enough bathrooms each family we brought had their own to use! The second sitting room upstairs was nice, too! Overall this was the nicest house we’ve ever stayed in, and if we go back to Florida again, we’d love to stay there! Our host was so easy to reach and very helpful when we needed it!
