Not a Bonvoy experience
Issue with ants in one of the two bedroom suites. Maintenance inspect, and found the ants an assured that there were no bed bugs. No one came with clean sheets, even after multiple requests. On the plus side our breakfast buffet was very good and service was amazing.

The property itself was nice. It was easy access. What ruined it for us was the front desk staff was miserable! Upon arrival we said hello to numerous staff and not one greeted us! My husband said hello to at least three staff, and not one of them answered him. The girl at the front desk kept calling him, ma’am. My husband is very masculine. It was very rude. The housekeeping staff was directly across from our room and we tried to engage in conversation with her on several occasions, and she ignored us while glaring at us. The nicest people were down in the bar! Marlene and her helper they were wonderful Kudos to Marlene! they made up for all the other staff that were miserable! who didn’t want to be there and they made it known.

Room , sheets and bathroom are dirty, weed smell all across floor and i could smell in room. Avoid if possible. House keeping came when we were in and i asked to come in 30 minutes as we are heading out, they never came back. 3 nights no house keeping l, we had ti chase down them for towels. Facility is good but maintenance and house keeping needs to improve. I wouldn’t go with family again.

I really loved the look of the hotel, but when i arrived i was very disappointed when i got to the room, it smelt musty the carpet nearest to the window was damp two people in hotel room was only give one bottle of water. Only one chair to sit in, sheets didnt get changed the whole time we stayed, i kept four shirts in a suitcase when i went to pack the case and the shirts and case had gone mouldy where the carpet was damp.apart from that it a lovely place just needs up dating 🙂 Thank you Jacqueline Rose

The staff is super, especially the lady who checked us in. The amenities were lacking for a Sheraton. Only 1bottle of water for 2 people. No real creamer for coffee. Duvet covers are old, dingy, dated. Blanket inside the duvet was dirty. Bathroom sink was completely broken bottom from top and poorly repaired. Only one washcloth. HVAC unit is LOUD and so is the highway the room is next to.
