I was really impressed with Miracle Springs Resort. The rooms were great, the restaurant was excellent and the staff were all outstanding. Special thanks to Gloria at the Front desk for helping me with a special need (I had my mom with me and she’s almost 100. I had to bring her to a doctor which Gloria assisted me with a wheelchair & kindness) Also Leslie the lifeguard (among other responsibilities was super helpful. She knows so much about the resort, the hot springs, the cold springs, the sauna….she was able to answer many technical questions I had. This place is amazing!

I saw many rats around the spa. They kept running across the bushes next to the spa and were even crawling under the pool beds. It was extremely unhygienic and unpleasant. And the outlets in the room are old and loose, so I couldn’t plug in any cords properly.

The place is folling apart .
It was a very unplasent stay .the pool was close for repair .Then it was very dury when they filled it up .There was a person on one of the pools he had open woonds in the chest and in the back .unaceptable no one said anything .the bed is old and you can feel the springs very uncomfortable .the shower dosent have cold water so you cant really rinse you can burn your self .They never fixed. The Tv has lines you cant see the screen .Very disapounted .I feel that I came out of there more stress than when I irived .

Overall was acceptable stay. At night time until 8 am there was no cold water in our bathroom. We had just hot water on shower and sink. it was torture to wash hands and take shower without cold water. It was a big problem and I did not understand the reason of that .

We went for a one night girls trip and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very relaxing comfortable and the staff was amazing and courteous. The restaurant was really good and the staff there was polite very amicable and friendly. We would recommend this to everyone who wants a relaxing weekend with family or friends or even a couple retreat.
