I was really impressed with Miracle Springs Resort. The rooms were great, the restaurant was excellent and the staff were all outstanding. Special thanks to Gloria at the Front desk for helping me with a special need (I had my mom with me and she’s almost 100. I had to bring her to a doctor which Gloria assisted me with a wheelchair & kindness) Also Leslie the lifeguard (among other responsibilities was super helpful. She knows so much about the resort, the hot springs, the cold springs, the sauna….she was able to answer many technical questions I had. This place is amazing!

We selected this place based on pictures in Expedia and the fact they have Hot Springs. - The place looks like was amazing in the 80s and they have kept it that way, unfortunately . Needs A LOT OF ATTENTION - Dirty and Smelly Carpets - Strong Smoking smells in a Non-Smoking roon - Shower with no hot water. Try to wash kids hair after pool with cold water, not fun! - Ahower grout dirty and OOOOLLLDDD - Staff in the front desk clearly didn't want to be there. This is a hotel ( hospitality) a better service attitude will go long way - What topped it off for us was witnessing 8 rats crossing the path way in front of us when going from pool to pool. Horrible! This place has all the potential in the world. Great location, hot springs onsite... but needs caring management/ownership.$250 per night os abuse for what we got. The one exception to our horrible experience was Adam the bartender- WOW. Excellent service, caring, resourceful, mentoring others infront of us, adapting to a very busy shift. Thank you Adam. -

spacious and nicely decorated and landscaped
we stayed in one of their houses which was the best of all worlds- walking distance to hang out at the pools; but privacy and space when you wanted it. 8 different pools; all kept up great. very nice landscaping throughout. the sauna was at 130F not very hot and sometimes busy; but felt great - I highly recommend that place for families

수영과 온천을 마치고 숙소로 돌어와 샤워를 하려 는데 찬물이 거의 나오지 않아 온천물보다 더 뜨거운 물로 샤워를 마쳐야 했습니다. 우리가족 모구는 제대로 씼을수 없었습니다. 전체적인 외관상으로 봤을땐 괜찮은 모습이였으나.. 너무 낡은 카펫과 싸구려 냄새의 청소 방향제로 인해 알러지가 있는 남편은 코가 매워서 밤새 고생했습니다. 다시 방문하지는 않을것 같네요.

We enjoyed our relaxing stay in the spring water pools, had massages at the spa that were delightful, ate at the Capri restaurant multiple times. Would definitely recommend if looking to relax on a budget.

It is a very nice house, clean, cozy. Enjoy the stay here, very friendly groundskeeper, unfortunately the hot tub was out of service, and WiFi signal inconsistent, but overall it is worth every penny I spent.

The villa we stayed at was nice; however, because we didn't stay directly at the hotel, it wasn't as convenient for us whenever we wanted to access their pools and spas. About 12 minutes by car, I think? They had changing and shower rooms at the hotel; however, kids aren't allowed in there. So, you'd essentially have to drive back to the villa for showering purposes. The villa has jacuzzis, but the pool would be what the kids would want. Just something to consider if you're planning on staying at the villa if you plan to go with kids. This also applies to checking in and checking out. You have to do so at the hotel itself.
