Come experience 'THE 30 WAY" at 30A's newest development, Prominence. This detached single-family home is south of 30A in this fabulous new community that is full of amenities. The Big Chill (formerly the HUB) is 50 yards away and includes plenty of places to eat, drink, play and shop.  Live music most nights, excellent food and lots of fun for the little ones. Come watch the game on the 25-foot LED screen or let the kids hang out on the lawn for movie night. The 5,000 sq ft community pool has private cabanas and an outdoor dining pavilion. The location of this development is perfectly placed right in the middle of Seaside & Sea Grove on the west and Alys & Rosemary on the east.

You will love this place. This home features a modern floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths as well as a bunk room. There is an open concept kitchen, dining and living room area. The master is downstairs and features a king bed, a luxury master bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bunk room with 4 more twin beds. There are high ceilings and high-quality finishes and furnishings throughout the entire property. Set up shop on the huge front porch and relax with your friends or family. Free wifi.

-To operate the golf cart, guests must have a valid drivers license and be at least 21 years old.
-Please be aware of the golf cart rules and regulations
-A copy of the golf carts terms and conditions will be emailed upon reservation and will require signatures
**Golf cart is not guaranteed. Should the golf cart need to be serviced a backup golf cart will not be provided and no compensation will be given.**
PLEASE NOTE - ** FL law states that any underage and/or unlicensed driver of a street legal golf cart is considered a criminal offense and a $500 fine including a possible 60 days in jail. It’s a very serious offense for underage/unlicensed driving of a LSV in the State of FL.**
*If Prominence security stops any underage drivers they will impose a $500 fine to the house. Guest will be responsible for the payment of the ticket imposed.*

**30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival**

Beautiful Florida style house
Beautiful home, great styling, very clean, lots of extras. This is a perfect home for a vacation. Just had trouble connecting with the property manager, partly because of my terrible cell coverage but partly because of lack of personnel available on weekends.

It was a management problem, not a property problem.
We love prominence! We have stayed there before. It’s great for teenagers and little kids. Food, shops, beach and pool access is easy with cart and bikes rides down to Alys and Seagrove are fun. However, with this booking we got a text following our codes text for the home saying the stove was out and would not be working the duration of our beach trip. We had already purchased our food and planned our meals for the week. I was very disappointed with how we were informed since i was told it broke with previous guest. I haven’t received any type of discount but was told I would. They did bring portable coiled stoves but no tech ever came. You would think Managing companies during peak season would be able to get major appliances repaired in a timely manor. Over all the house was great and clean. Location is perfect for families. Brightside…we found the old Fish House restaurant due to needing to eat out more. And now we have a fun place to dine when we go back. Piano bar was packed, great food, service was friendly and they had zero wait without reservations. ***alert***We have Verizon and the phone service was terrible everywhere we went.

Beautiful house and neighborhood!
The house was beautiful and clean. The proximity of the house to "The Hub" was so nice and convenient (maybe 50 yards). The beach access is not great, but it's golf cart ride away. My only complaint and it's a big one for my family, especially with kids, was that the pools were NOT heated even though it is stated that "the pools are heated" in the description of the home. We got the run around from several different people on whether or not they were heated. The last answer we received was that the pools have heaters, they just were not hooked up. One would think that on the Gulf Coast in the spring time, you would have the heaters going for the spring break crowd. It was disappointing.

Do your research before booking!
The house was clean, beautifully decorated and a short walk to the Hub. That's where the compliments end, though. The ice maker did not work. The house has zero insulation so you can hear every movement from every room. Its also listed as a 4/3 but its truly a 3 bedroom plus bunk area in an open hallway. The driveway fits a small car, at best. So SUVs & Trucks have to park on the street in front of the house (which is first come, first served parking). There is no direct beach access. The closest is Deer Lake State Park which has minimal parking and is a HIKE from parking to the actual beach. A nightmare with small children and older parents. There's also no alcohol or chair service there. The next beach access is 2 miles the opposite direction and doesn't have any parking. The pool is great but has COVID restrictions and we had to wait over an hour in line to only get to play in the pool for an hour and half. Then you have to get back in line and wait if you want to go back in. Do your homework before booking. Read the reviews and ask questions to the property manager before booking this (or any property).

Great house for beach getaway
The house was a perfect fit for our family. It was very spacious and clean. Great layout. The HUB is really cool. The only drawback is you can’t easily walk to the beach if you are taking chairs, ice chest, etc. with you. Overall we liked the location though.

The pictures don't do this beautiful home justice as it really is wonderful. This was our first trip to 30A and we enjoyed it more than imagined. The golf cart was enjoyed much more than I thought we would too. The Hub is just as great as it sounds and the shopping is great.

Wonderful Beach House
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in the beautiful house and awesome little community. The house was very clean. There was an ample supply of towels, dishes, and cleaning equipment. The golf cart was so great to have during the stay. Deer Lake State Park was close by. It was very relaxing and peaceful...not crowded at all! My only suggestion would be: adding a deadbolt to the back door. It was a little unsettling not being able to lock that door from the inside, especially with little ones in the house. It would also be nice to have a keypad entry to the back garage door. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Clean and new decor
The house was super clean and had everything that we needed. The house we also beautifully decorated and everything was new. We also loved staying so close to the hub. The only thing that was kind of a pain was beach access. The closest access point is a 1/2 mile away. There was a shuttle to the beach which helped.
