Don’t get a room over the pool if you need to get to sleep early. We were up at 3:45 AM for our flight so tired by 9:45 PM and needed to get up early for planned excursion the next day. Nothing could be done and hours later the party continued in the room next to ours.

This is my second time staying at this property. The shower was full of mold to the point I didn’t complain I just wore shower shoes. 5 years ago I didn’t have this issue but overall the property is still beautiful with a nice view.

The property was nicely decorated, unfortunately the sitting area with the colorful seats wear ripped and torn in multiple places. It didn't look nice. A few of the outside windows in our room 2101 were dirty and some attention to the outside windows of the rooms should be made.

The lobby staff and overall condition of the hotel including entrance restaurants and rooms was very nice. We were very disappointed with the pool area. It looked nice at first, but it lacked basic things like umbrellas, sufficient covered spaces, such as cabanas or lounges and it just did not feel inviting and relaxing. The scorching sun was not tolerable. W hotel pools are known for a wonderful atmosphere and it just did not do it for us in Panama. Drinks and pool service was ok.

This hotel has a great location and it was very clean. The only thing that wasn’t so good was being woken up by a random employee everyday to check the mini bar even though we never used it.
