Easy check in, available 24hrs/ every day. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Very clean room with everything needed & in good order. It would have been good if the solar heated pool was open before 9am to allow use before the activities of the day.

Spent one night at North Parkes on trip to Melbourne. Owner/Manager was pleasant. Parking easy, room clean and fine and adequate; had evening meal in dining room and that was also good with excellent service. Only negative was some road noise but to be expected for the location.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and in good condition. The indoor pool was such a lovely way to unwind after a long day in the car. The restaurant was more than happy to cater for the two Ceoliacs in our group and understood the need for gluten free food.

Was happy to call northparks home for the week, loved the large rooms with plenty of room to move around. The grounds was neat and tidy and although i didnt have time to jump in, there is an indoor heated pool, plus toddler's pool and spa was nice to hear it turn on for a breif moment.

Everything was great ,except at 8 am a staff member tried to open the door without knocking and half-hour later the owner/ manager tried the same thing. Common sense to knock first.

Property is just on edge of town coming in from the north. Easy checkin & complimentary milk was a bonus. Room was large & bathroom was roomy with large shower. The onsite restaurant is a BIG bonus. Staff were very friendly and food delicious (big portions).
