We found that (1) the mattresses in this room were uncomfortable--it felt as if there were sunken spots on the left side of the mattress nearest to bathroom and right side of the bed on mattress near the window. (2) We booked for four guests and received only three towels, and (3) the tv only received one channel, which did not have local news. We are going to choose another destination for Mardi Gras 2026.

Nice hotel. But dirty. The restroom looked brand new, but at the same time was dirty. Hair in the shower. Mold on the roof of the restroom. The walk ways are not kept up. Paint chipping everywhere. The floors were dirty and sticky. Everything else was great. Good price for the stay. The dirtiness kept it from being a great stay.

STAY AWAY, DIRTY HOTEL. The hotel in general needs maintenance and is dirty. The stairs and hallways are nasty, in each floor there is a garbage cans that are disgusting. The door of my room did not open with the key, one of the beds had hairs on the sheet, they handed me a new set of sheets to change it myself, and you could tell the employee was upset because he had to go to my room. The pictures in the site does not reflect the real conditions of the hotel. The only positive was a nice lady making wafles at breakfast. Do not stay here, the place is filthy, not recommended at all.
