We only stayed one night. Everything was clean. The only thing we experience was the bathtub was extremely slick. I almost fell during my shower. I out my used bath towel down so that my wife wouldn’t fall during her shower. Other wise the short visit was perfect.

This was a relatively average hotel that needs some updates. We picked it bc it was close to Dollywood- which was convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful!

Wonderful getaway.
Beautiful balconies over the river. Although it is right in town, it was quite and peaceful. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. My only complaint is the bathroom is small and a little dated.

Weekend getaway
Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the geese and a small waterfall. The other side of the creek was an RV park. It was very relaxing. My only complaint was that the bathroom was small.

Close to main roads. Door was hard to open, safe didn't work, toilet would run if you didnt flush it just right, maid didnt always replace the right amount of towels or supplies. Staff was very friendly!
