Stayed for the Christmas holiday. Check-in was easy through the app and front desk. Staff was nice and did their job. Decorations around the hotel for Christmas were beautiful. The hotel inside is a bit out dated. The room was nice. It was a double queen with sofabed and fireplace. Carpet was dirty looking. Beds were okay. When first arrived toilet stopped up, but was fixed immediately. All the plugs in the room were very loose and would not hold charges or other plugs good..had to mess with them to get them to work(waste of time). Overall it was a decent stay.

Nice stay
We thought our room was well appointed, spacious. The location and view was great. Convenient to lots around hotel. Enjoyed the fireplace room off the lobby. Our room also had a fireplace which was very cozy. Clean bathroom also. Breakfast had waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, yogurt, fruit. Would definitely stay again!

I have stayed there many time, however this time it smelled super musty, and I was very disappointed. It definitely needs some updates and air freshening. I literally had to go to the store and buy an air freshener for the room itself.

The carpet in our room was so sticky that your shoes stuck to it in several places. They cleaned the carpet after I asked, but that should have never been left unclean in the first place.

Rooms Smelled of Smoking-all 3
We tried 3 rooms-all smelled of cigarette smoke. We gave up and stayed in the 3rd one. Hallways and rooms have very stale smelling carpet and quite worn also. Breakfast area and lobby bathroom also quite dirty. Breakfast was not very good. OJ was good. We always stay at Hampton Inns. This was not a good one.

House keeping was done every 3rd day. Great location to all the attractions without being in a busy street. Dollywood was about 15 minutes of easy driving away. A Black Rifle coffee is less than 5 miutes away down the street.

Property was clean & gym was nice. Breakfast was bare bones. The only meat was a sweet smoked sausage & only fruit was orange & banana. Least options I’ve ever seen at a Hampton. Asked for late checkout & got that and at 11 am the maid attempted to barrel in the door 3 times in a row. Thankfully we had the brace over or she would have walked in on me showering. At 1155 the front desk was calling to make sure we were leaving.
