The hotel is off the main road so it is quiet but it is very close to all the things Pigeon Forge has to offer.

This is a must-stay hotel! Always clean. Pools are always clean, in working order, and great for all ages. The staff are phenomenal. Breakfast offers all breakfast foods - fruit, yogurt, cereal, waffles, omelets, bacon/sausage/chicken. The BEST hotel!

Mini getaway with friends
Hotel was awesome in accommodating our 2 fur babies. Breakfast was a mad house but it was ok. Hotel was clean, staff were super friendly. Area right outside the door was designated smoking which was gross to walk through if you need to walk your pup or go out to your vehicle. All in all we would probably stay there again.

We had such a disappointing experience. The staff is rude to people. Breakfast is awful and again attitude from the ones working. The facility is fine but with everything else we will not be back.
