Our room had a king bed and pullout couch. The pullout couch had a stained, unwashed mattress cover and that’s all. The layout of the room was super weird. Whoever remodeled the bathroom was not a professional. The door swing way passed the hinges and the tile did not match up to the flooring. The coffee pot was placed in the bathroom, which was odd. The room reeked of marijuana and the pool was so cloudy I was too afraid to let my kids in. The toilet stopped working the first night we were there and the shower’s “hot” water setting was room temperature at best. We were super unhappy with this hotel because it wasn’t like it was a steep discount compared to the hotels in the same area. Super disappointed. We overheard another room asking for roach traps, but never saw a bug in our room. We will never stay here again.

Disgusting.
The pictures in the listing are very very deceptive. The rooms are in awful condition. The listing stated 2 queen beds. It was 2 full size beds. The indoor pool was so filthy, the health inspector shut it down while we were there! The entire property needs cleaned and properly repaired and updated for the price they charge. I absolutely would not return or recommend.

Room was dirty, stained sheets and carpet, hair everywhere. Spiderwebs everywhere. Just a gross facility. Everyone smoked everywhere even in the non smoking rooms. Pool was broken and we were not informed. My kids were so disappointed they couldn’t swim.

The staff was amazing. Upon arrival, indoor pool was closed. When we got to the room it freaked and was absolutely gross. Would not recommend.

Pool was closed upon arrival with no offer of discounted price. In fact, when I asked I was told that I could go somewhere else… verbatim “ you can check out by 11:00 tomorrow with no charge and go somewhere with a pool” Will not stay here again!

Meh, not too good.
Well, the jet tub didn’t work. The beds weren’t that comfortable. We woke up in the morning with sore backs. Parts of the room you could tell hadn’t been cleaned awhile with all the dust. We were a family of four. We didn’t have a table to eat our food in our room. Kids couldn’t play their games on the TV. The worst part would be the pools. They were dirty. The bottom was murky, slimy even. Leaves were everywhere. We had to figure out what else to do because our youngest loved to swim. The staff were friendly. Won’t book another room with them.

Right off the road towards Dollywood so a lot of traffic. Not very quiet, as you can hear all the cars going towards Dollywood. The reception area apparently doesn't have coffee but there is a gas station 100ish yards away. Right by all the little touristy shops and attractions. Plain rooms and the beds seemed to have like a divet in the middle. I'm not super picky with where I stay as long as I don't see bugs or gross stains everywhere, which I seen neither. I would've stayed in Gatlinburg though.
