Our room had a king bed and pullout couch. The pullout couch had a stained, unwashed mattress cover and that’s all. The layout of the room was super weird. Whoever remodeled the bathroom was not a professional. The door swing way passed the hinges and the tile did not match up to the flooring. The coffee pot was placed in the bathroom, which was odd. The room reeked of marijuana and the pool was so cloudy I was too afraid to let my kids in. The toilet stopped working the first night we were there and the shower’s “hot” water setting was room temperature at best. We were super unhappy with this hotel because it wasn’t like it was a steep discount compared to the hotels in the same area. Super disappointed. We overheard another room asking for roach traps, but never saw a bug in our room. We will never stay here again.

Was probably pretty nice at one time.
Pretty old property with a strange layout. We had a 4th floor suite which required you either take the elevator to the 3rd floor, then up steps to a landing, then more steps to the fourth, or take the elevator to the 4th floor, than down a 1/2 flight of steps to the landing, then up steps from the landing. The rooms were large and appeared clean. However the furniture and mattresses were old and the thermostat was nearly unusable. Furthermore, the thermostat is located behind a TV so the temperature the thermostat sensed was several degrees warmer than the actual room temp. Trying to change the temperature was a challenge as the up/down buttons worked sporadically. Don’t think I’ll be visiting this hotel in the future.

The hotel is a bit run down and doesn’t match the photos online. It’s overpriced for its quality. The inside needs updated and the outside could use some work too. We won’t be staying here anymore.

Not so good hotel room, i loved this hotel in the past but it needs serious help. The paint is missing in places in the room, many bugs were present in the room and the room fixtures such as hinges and other fixtures are rusted. Please fix up the rooms for future stays.

Property is very dated and rundown, hairs around sink, tub, bathroom floor, no table or chairs in room, mold around ceiling corners. Property charged me the day after checkout date, when I contacted customer service regarding the charge they said it was due to me extending my stay a night. I did not extend my stay or even comment about doing so. Returned keys upon check out so it was clear I was not extending my stay. Customer service said it must of been an error and they would refund the charge, less than 30 minutes later they had charged me again and only refunded one of those charges. Just beware of additional charges after checking out. I am currently working to get my money back.

the only reason we reserve this place was for the indoor pool with slide but it was so cold that my son n his friend barely enjoy it cause it was too cold when they told my wife and everyone else that went up front that they turned off the heater cause no one was going to it when it should be on from open to close

Riverchase lodge.
Riverchase lodge is a great affordable place to stay with your family while in pigeon forge. It was clean and comfortable and the service was great. The indoor pool had a slide and was a lot of fun for my kids. We enjoyed it being in the heart of all the attraction pigeon forge has to offer. I recommend this place for all family to stay while in pigeon forge.
