Family of 5, comfortable stay
The property is sprawling but there's signs to make sure you're in the right place. Everyone who works there is kind and helpful. We enjoyed the room so much we didn't want to leave and extended our stay. We come to pigeon forge at least once a quarter, we'll be staying at Sunrise Ridge from now on.

Loved our room, we got the suite with two rooms, kitchen and fireplace. Had a lovely view of the smokies, fire was a nice way to start and end the day. Kitchen came complete with everything you need, dishes, cups, pans, etc. My understanding is the building is a little older and has been renovated, a few signs of wear-and-tear on the carpets but very clean and overall really nice interior. Pillows and bed were perfect, nice thick towels in the bathroom. Staff very attentive. Really enjoyed the stay!!

We were able to check in early which was nice. BUT Our unit needed pest control. We were battling stink bugs and lady bugs for the entirety of our stay. Fortunately, we spent most of the day at Dollywood and arrived back to late. But for the hours we were, we were getting rid of bugs. My girls wanted to go sleep in the truck because 2 stink bugs were in their bed. The fireplace worked intermittently and I dont think downstairs ever heated up. The only pleasant thing about the room was the layout. The primary bedroom was located downstairs which was nice. We paid too much money for 1 night for this mess. Im disgusted and angry. It was too late and cold to disrupt anyone to have them come out address these issues, BUT WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Family Retreat!
The townhouse was immaculate. We had a 2 BR, 2 Bath that we shared with our son and his family. We had a view of the snow capped mountains. It was centrally located near Dollywood and other attractions in Pigeon Forge. Don't let the neighborhood you drive through to reach the resort deter you. We will definitely be back.

Our suite had been newly renovated. So the pictures online may be older. New stainless appliances, fireplace, new bathroom tile. Everything was new and fresh. Parking was easy. Great view of mountains. Out by itself but close to eveyrhting you would want to see and do. The lady at check in was not very hospitable. Not very friendly or welcoming. I feel like it is important to have friendly welcoming check in and assitance. Thats the only problem I had.

Overall our stay was great. The views are awesome, you can hear the Dollywood train too. The room was clean, no issues. Our only complaint is a solid waste company is just up the road and the stench was awful outside sometimes.
