We were able to check in early which was nice. BUT Our unit needed pest control. We were battling stink bugs and lady bugs for the entirety of our stay. Fortunately, we spent most of the day at Dollywood and arrived back to late. But for the hours we were, we were getting rid of bugs. My girls wanted to go sleep in the truck because 2 stink bugs were in their bed. The fireplace worked intermittently and I dont think downstairs ever heated up. The only pleasant thing about the room was the layout. The primary bedroom was located downstairs which was nice. We paid too much money for 1 night for this mess. Im disgusted and angry. It was too late and cold to disrupt anyone to have them come out address these issues, BUT WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Property was very outdated. Semi clean. Had winter lady bugs in bathrooms. Compared to other properties in the area we’ve stayed at this one is at the very bottom of the list!! Especially for the money. Will not be back!!

This property needs an update. The carpet is stained and there are very few dishes and cookware in the kitchen. Our stay was mostly pleasant regardless

Beautiful Suite
Amazing place to stay. Close to everything and the suite was fully equipped, including cookware, dishes, silverware, all the appliances. Loved it and will stay again.

It was a nice place to stay. However, the carpet was old and severely stained. We had a toddler with us and obviously you cannot keep littles off the floor. I was pretty disgusted by the fact that the floor had huge dirty stains on it. We called the front desk immediately so we would not be charged

There were beds for 6 people but only seats for 5. Add another chair/love seat to the living room. The door didn’t lock properly. The handle is loose. Needs to be fixed. Maybe consider a number pad/code lock.

Eh. Average but not worth the extra money
$50 resort fee charged at check in. One of our bathrooms had shower doors that fell in on me. We paid extra for the additional space and couldn't use it. Also, the balcony door lock didn't qork. You'd think the resort fees would allow them to do repairs.
