"I had room service most of my stay and the food from JD cafe STELLER!!! I recommend the lettuce chicken wrap~ Toro burger. Room service people are VERY personable and let you know if you need anything else call you know like that decadent chocolate cake I cannot wait to go back. Check out facial and massage at spa call for appointment ~also you will not want to leave~ they take you to room with luggage on golf carts its so fun quiet fun to walk around and so many things to do in Scottsdale ~ I recommend the Plaza "

"I am over the moon about our stay here. The staff are what makes this hotel exceptional, from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. They made us feel so welcome and special. Our room was gorgeous and luxurious. We were right by the pool, but it was blissfully quiet. We had drinks at the Wright Bar before our dinner reservation at Renata’s Hearth. Our meal was perfection, and the service was second-to-none. If you stay here, be sure to do a history tour! It’s fascinating and you get to see some really amazing bits of history."

"I flew out for an appt at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, I was anxious about this appt and wanted somewhere quiet and relaxing to stay. This place was absolutely perfect! It's close to shopping and dining, but gives you the sense you are in the middle of nowhere. The scenery is absolutely beautiful with many types of cactus (which I love) and other desert plants/trees, and the boulders throughout are stunning! The view of the stars and night sky from the casita balcony were picturesque! The room was amazing, with a fireplace and seating area. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was so big! I loved the rustic/southwestern decor, it went perfectly with the desert outside. I loved being able to open the wooden doors to a wall of glass. I was able to enjoy the breathtaking views from inside the room too. I took advantage of the spa and had an arnica massage, which I highly recommend! The spa itself was beautiful and the staff were super friendly. The gift shop inside was really cool with a wide range of products, clothing, and many other items, and the lady who works there was very friendly and helpful. I was also able to experience an absolutely beautiful sunset on promise rock (I think is the name, it's a path leading to the top of a boulder). I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience the beauty of the desert with the benefits of a resort and spa. This place definitely exceeded my expectations and I cant wait to visit again!"
