I reserved and paid for my room through hotels..com but also sent an email and called ahead to ask if we could check in early as we were attending the 3kelements conference and we would have our small dog with us and did not want him to overheat in the car. That part was wonderful, however the next day they came to our room demanding to know if I even had a reservation and said they could not find my name in the system. After it was all done I learned there had been a computer glitch that marked us as a no show, but while it was happening I was not treated very well, I feared they would kick us out, I had to prove I had already paid, and I had to pay another $25 incidentals charge to get our keys to work again. I would like a refund for that second night and I told her so. They offered 10000 guest points that I will never use which also didn’t show up and I missed half an hour of the conference I was there for.

Gym facility is nice, and air conditioning works properly and keeps the room nice and cool. The property shows a lot of wear and tear, and the room was fairly dirty. I didn't appreciate checking into my room with stained sheets and trash stacked up directly outside of my door.

Location was centralized for our visit. The hotel was quiet and clean. The staff were pleasant. The manger LT was very accommodating and helpful to changing situation. Pool and spa were clean and complementary breakfast was amazing.
