"The check in and front desk was GREAT! The onsite restaurant/bar was exceptional and quite reasonable. The every-other-day housekeeping was…not. I checked in on Friday. I got a ‘short’ towel exchange on Sunday. I called in that and another towel was delivered - but no more wash clothes or bath mat; and they comped a breakfast. Nothing else changed by the time I checked out on Wednesday. True, I could have called down to the desk. But I shouldn’t have had to. The elevators are s-l—o—-w, as in it would be faster to walk - but the stairs down only exited exterior. All in all a good stay. But there is room for improvement. Chase was terrific. Phillip was also good. Mulligans was a true gem. "
