There was a hostess at 48 North their on site restaurant who didn’t offer bar seating and sad no tables available to us ( family of 3with my 42 year old daughter and my husband). We wanted a drink and dinner and there was room at the bar. She said what to make your food to go? Shocked we assumed she didn’t want us o we agreed to leave with take out food & no drinks! She was rude to us and assumed something about us! We didn’t argue and left that restaurant!

i needed help getting tv to work and they took care of it quickly. the sink was slow to drain and they fixed it promptly too. the facility is showing it’s age but it’s the best place in town.

Very convenient location
The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The room was a little cold and the heat didn't seem to warm up the room. The staff was very friendly. The location worked perfectly for us. It was a very easy walk to the ferry. We walked on the ferry and left our car. The hotel allows you to leave your car there for $15 a night. We were very happy with our stay and would stay again if we were going to Victoria.
