Property was clean and close enough to the outlets where we could get in less than 10 minutes, while also being a secluded/quiet place.

Surprise $100 deposit charged to kit credit card
At check in we were informed that we needed to incur a charge of $100 for a deposit and that it would be erased at check out. We checked out over 24 hrs ago and it’s still is pending.

Room temperature could not be adjusted. Refrigerator could not be adjusted; everything froze. Refrigerator and microwave were stacked in front of the mirror. There was no sheer curtain on the window. If you opened the drapes, anyone could look right in. Furniture was scratched and old. Only one chair at the table in the room. Really poor lighting; room was dark. No alarm clock. No USB ports to charge phones. Only one lamp in the room. Really small pillows on a king bed. We will never stay there again. So disappointing. It used to be a really nice place.

The Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. It was a off season so the Inn was very quiet. Loction was the other end of the outlets but very easy to get to, within a five minute drive. Cons of the Inn was that we did not have room service daily but I think it was because it was off season. The bathroom did not have counter space for your travel products. The included breakfast did not have a selection at all. Limited to bread, bagels, muffins, juice, coffee, cereal. No hot breakfast, but again, it was off-season. If you're looking for hot breakfast, it is not at this Inn. Overall it was an affordable and clean place to stay.

Convenient location for the evening, good price off-season. The bathroom light flickered terribly and the milk at breakfast was sour. Got a good night sleep in an otherwise comfortable room. Wouldn’t stay here again, though.

We love the Casco Bay Inn! We stay here every year when we come to Freeport for our annual shopping trip! It’s a wonderful place to stay!

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Easy access from parking lot. Our first level room window faced parking so I had to pull curtains to block headlights at night. Continental plus breakfast. There is a micro-brewery like restaurant directly across the street and if you drive down the road a bit you run into the downtown area with shopping and other restaurants. Very convenient.
