Room had peeling wallpaper, cracked sink, towel hooks falling off door, broken light in bathroom. Asked to switch rooms after check in and was told they were full and nothing could be done. Very disappointing.

The hotel was decent. Upon arrival there was some random stain spots on the mattress topper/fitted sheet. And the other fitted sheet didn’t even fit the mattress but luckily I always bring my own sheets. The shower floor was a little stained, the shelf in the shower was broken, and the toilet paper holder was also broken upon arrival. The WiFi was also kind of slow and would turn off and back on a couple times. Other than those flaws the hotel was fine and the pool and gym were nice.

Our room was on the sunny side and was a bit stuffy, we tried to open the window to bring in cooler air, the window was screwed shut. we then turned on the A/c which started with a shudder and was quite loud when running,we were too tired to ask for a room change otherwise we would have. The shower head would not switch between modes. plainly Sheraton went cheap on these minor things. a decent location and property otherwise

Beautiful property. Amazing staff from Front Desk to Bar. Housekeeping exceptional. Room was beautiful and made me feel like home. Courtyard was stunning and pool was warm. i really can't say enough good things. It was pricier than other options but totally worth every penny and more.
