On initial check-in the woman at the registration desk was less than welcoming and her shirt was ridiculously wrinkled. On the other hand, we rode in the elevator with two maintenance workers who were very nice. The staff at the restaurant was VERY nice, four of our six meals were very good. Our waitress did not remove our appetizer plates or drink glasses from the table throughout our meal - even when bringing meals and wine. She was very nice - just needs a bit of training. The pool was lovely and the area outside of the pool was very comfortable with nice furnishings. We will return.

Very good overall, comfortable beds, nice showers. Housekeeping removed more towels, wash cloths than were placed on the floor and did not replace them. Coffee items were not restocked either. We returned from hiking, looking for a quick shower about 4 pm & found a helpful housekeeping staff in the hallway who tracked down the missing items. His cart & storage room were lacking the same amenities, so I’m not sure how housekeeping could effectively prepare rooms.

The restaurant was excellent. But we had a great table but a group of folks in the bar area were so obnoxiously loud and Ray us we had to move. The staff offered to move us before we had to ask. I ordered a caprese salad however instead of basil there were olives. There was only one bath towel for two people so we had to chase after towels and the shower drain was clogged so the tub filled up while showering. The pillows were comfy as was the bed. Appeared to be fairly clean. No bright lights for makeup application. Grounds were lovely.

Upon arrival, I found the staff to be unwelcoming and disrespectful during the check-in process. Despite my requests, they were unresponsive and failed to address my needs. Furthermore, there was a lack of shower gel in the bathroom, and when I inquired, I was informed that I would have to wait for 30 minutes, but no one came to assist me. Due to this disappointing level of customer service, I cannot recommend this establishment

One of the worst check in experiences I have ever encountered. Eric at the front counter was extremely rude, short tempered and unwilling to help with the simplest task. Started the whole experience off on the wrong foot. He had an attitude from the first hello and seemed inconvenienced to help us check in. Would give customer service no stars if I could. Room was mostly clean and bed was comfortable. Lots a small cosmetic issues such a chipped pain and dirty floors. Beware, if you’re a light sleeper the walls are very thin.

Everything was good and we enjoyed our stay. The only issue that we had was that the first room we went to had black mold throughout the room and a very unpleasant smell. Thankfully we were able to switch rooms. Besides that our stay was good! Please have someone take care of that mold issue!

Emma who was the housing staff took care of our room the day after we arrived. We had made a note indicating the shower floor and corners were completely filthy and just unacceptable for any guests to use. Emma was fantastic and did a lovely job to have it cleaned, she made us feel comfortable and safe. However, we had an unpleasant experience expressing our concerns about this issue with the individual named Eric at the front desk earlier the same day. I made a call to front desk in the am on the first day as I wanted confirm if they had gotten our note, that was called and given to the night time front desk about the issue with the shower floor. Erick was cold, Rude and had no sense of customer service off the top. Hope the calls are recorded cause it should be reviewed. He told me that he doesn’t work in housekeeping and can’t confirm, I said ok but can I make a note again with you cause this issue is really concerning. He was abrupt and didn’t want to listen. I was offended as a paying customer. I made my way to front desk to speak with him directly and is introduced myself, expressed that It’s inappropriate how he handled the call as we are all human beings that deserve to be treated with respect. He said I shouldn’t be telling him how to do his job, I realized at this point that my peace was said and left it at that. I came back to the room later in the day and received a note from Emma saying everything was clean. She made us feel seen.

My family and I were looking forward to using the pool but a sign read it was out of service and overhead from other guests they were sent to a neighboring hotel to use the pool. Staff never told us if breakfast was included or not. Not a good impression.
