Staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options for different preferences. The suite style room with kitchenette worked great for our family, and we enjoyed the pool every day. The indoor hotel facilities would have benefited from additional cleaning and vacuuming, such as the breakfast area floor and pool area.

The property needs to be updated. Mattresses are very poor, and the sink and toilets are very low to the ground a whole and needs to be updated. Location is very good though.

Not a clean room
The first room we were put into was not handicap accessible even though I booked that so we moved. The 2nd room did not appear to have been cleaned very well. The kitchen floor was dirty, our feet were black after walking barefoot the first night so we bought flipflops/slippers, the surfaces had dust and other stuff stuck to them, the shower chair in the handicap bathroom looked scary so bought a shower chair at the store so no one needed to use it, there was dust/hairs in the corners of the bathroom. The breakfast was mostly a miss but they tried. When this was mentioned to the Manager on Duty while checking out she said since you pre-paid I cannot offer you anything unless you become a Bonvoy member. I shouldn't have to be a member to have a clean room that I paid for. Then I checked my cc charges and I noticed a $40 charge with no explanation and I was not given a recipt when I checked out because I prepaid so I don't understand what I was charged for since there wasn't a mini bar and we did not buy anything from their snack store. So you can charge me for nothing when I prepaid but not give a credit for a dirty room that I cleaned so I could sit on the toilet?

Needs updated bathrooms stat
First room we were given, right as soon as you opened the door you were hit with a big stain on the sofa with even bigger white stains under the cushions. The lamp had stains on it too. The room was next to the freeway so we asked for another room. Second room was cleaner and a bit quieter. The toilets was so short that your hand hit the water every time you tried to clean yourself. We only had one door on the rusty closet. Management should walk these rooms once in awhile. The upside were the employees. 5 stars to all of them.

The facilities were adequate but not the best value for what it costs. The breakfast was the poorest we’ve had on this trip and we’ve been in many hotels. Our faucet was loose on our sink.
