Great stay
We had a great stay for 2 nights. Enjoyed the hotel, very clean, beds comfortable, quiet and the hotel was full. The pool excellent, breakfast was OK pretty standard but this hotel is located closed to a couple great restaurants. We would definitely return.

The room was nice. The room A/C was reading 68 degrees but was still very warm in the room. The only negative was there was some cheese curls on the floor under the desk.

We’ve been staying here for years, and it’s always a great experience service-wise and it’s a very convenient location. However, this time I felt I had to leave a negative review - and honestly I feel bad doing so because the issues I have are somewhat out of their control. My negative ratings this time are due to the overwhelming musty mildew smell in our room and the stains on the bed skirt. Overall the rooms are always clean but the smell and feeling of dampness really impacted me this time around. The staff are always pleasant, breakfast is ready in the mornings and we’ve never had an actual customer service issue here in about four years.

There was no hot water for several days. Lukewarm at best and cold by the time you finished your shower. I advised staff and they were "dumbfounded" as to why. Very unacceptable to stay in a small hotel, even fully booked to not have hot water. I have stayed in larger hotels, fully booked and had hot water. The shower looked like it had never been cleaned, as it was stained. Bed was lumpy, and this was in the "newer" wing. Never again.

Last minute decision to stop halfway for our trip, the staff was extremely friendly. I was very lucky they had a room available about an hour before check in, as we had just driven 3 1/2 hours after being up for almost 24 hours. The room was nice and the pool was very warm which was amazing for us! The only “issue” was having to leave the cold water running on the sink to have hot water in the shower. Which was more of a minor inconvenience than a problem. Will be staying again next year!

This hotel was good! The only issue is that if youre staying on the 1st or 2nd floor, you can hear people walking around on the floor above you. We were on the 1st floor & there was a family with littles who were very active until well after 1:00 am. We could very plainly hear them running around so therefore, it was hard to fall asleep. Breakfast wasn't great. But, hotel was clean & no other issues!

I liked all the amenities, including iron, coffee, and nice shower. However, we could hear someone (a child?) jumping up and down in the room above us ‘til almost midnight. Also unsettling to see what appeared to be a bullet hole in our window.
