Great motel just across from the beach. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Great staff. Would be very happy to stay here again.

It was a good place to park. The rooms were small but clean and easy to I to if you had luggage. No pool but knew this. I would not call what they did breakfast. It was basically cold cereal and muffins

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Jen greeted us in a friendly and professional manner which was so welcoming. The rooms were spotless and cozy. Can’t beat the location and right across the street from the beach! We already booked our next stay with them!

We really enjoyed the Breakwater Hotel. The view was amazing and the location was convenient yet quiet and relaxing. Joe was very knowledgeable about the town and what was available for restaurants and shows. We really enjoyed talking to him. We will definitely stay here again.

Very clean, staff were friendly and accommodating, comfy beds, beach access and a short 25 min walk into the center of town. Only downfall is the bathroom was on the smaller side.

This is a motel with a makeover. The feel of staying in a mobile home. Majority of views are parking lot with a bit of ocean. The “decks” are just chairs right outside your room door and right next to your neighbors’ chairs with no privacy. Disappointing and would not recommend this place.

Nice and comfortable
Clean, comfortable, perfect location. Only one night here but with four kids it was perfect. Friendly, fun, perfect. It's a motel but very nicely done and the continental breakfast kept the kids (and therefore, parents) happy as well. Will be back.
