The facility was clean, but the light over the vanity never turned on completely, flashed instead. The ports on the lamp for charging your devices didn't work. The person behind the desk when we checked out couldn't even be bothered to stand up to take our keys or ask if everything was okay. The room did what it was supposed to do for a quick overnight stop, but the indifference was obvious.

The first room I got smelled of cigarette smoke and had a cigarette burn in the bedspread. They switched me to another room, which was fine. Breakfast was pretty meh.

The property was right next to a very noisy street, was run down, the breakfast was pitiful. However, I had a room that at one time had a kitchenette and there were wires where a dishwasher or mini fridge had been coiled with just a wire nut on each, would not have been safe for children

I had an emergency during my stay in Spanish Fork and the manager was the kindest person to me, and without knowing me he just treated me with the kindness, respect and attention I needed. He was so polite, yet caring. I ended up staying there two nights because I so comfortable and safe after a hard couple of days I had had while traveling. Best staff in hotels I have stayed at in a while and I stay in hotels often. The young man at the front desk was also very kind and polite. The place was clean and comfortable and it’s in a nice area, but what made it exceptional for me was the staff. Great team!

Recent stay
The front staff was friendly and helpful. The motel next some updating. The shower Rod had broken and it was held together with duct tape. The towels are old and need replacing. It was obvious the bathroom floor has not been moped in some time as there were water stains on the tile floor.

Hotel is old. Right next to highway. I wore earplugs. Thin walls. Staff was courteous. Only check in after two. We were there at 1:50pm and it was hard to find someone around. Beds a bit lumpy. Breakfast ok, but in lower level with no windows. Only stayed one night. I believe it is family owned or managed.
