We rented a suite. It was a bit on the small side, but had everything we needed. We even had a washer and dryer (free) that we were able to access right outside our door. We were about a ten minute drive to downtown Queenstown. Be sure to take the gondola up the mountain for a beautiful view of the city. If you are adventurous ride the luge down the mountainside. It was safe and fun! In the evening go into town and walk along the water. Outdoor cafes, bars, and live music. It was great!!!!

Beautiful lake & mountain views, very spacious rooms & complete kitchen with balcony, close to downtown. Only negatives were the lack of restaurants or grocery in walking distance and the vehicle sound from the busy Frankton road all through the night.

Me and my partner arrived at the property around midnight due to flight delays. Hot water was not working so we contacted the after hour number and had the customer service lady laugh at us saying it was already fixed even though we had the water running for 2 hours straight with freezing cold water not heating up at all. We then found the GM number and he was absolutely lovely and came out at 1am in the morning to help find us another room. The room was extremely smaller than our originally however was told it was the same with same price, but we were happy with the hot water at the time and did not think too much. The team also helped me decorate the room when I proposed to my partner which was lovely. We also had an issue with our parking as for some reason our room was the only room with no parking. It was a small studio room under ground with barely any sunlight and air, our view was just peoples feet. I generally like to make the bed and barely ask for room service but when we did, we notice the cleaners did nothing but just change the bins. On the day we were checking out we also had workers drilling on our wall at 9am on a Sunday morning. It is hard to say this was the best stay or worse as some of the things we receive we're really nice, but it was also not the best place we had ever stayed in.

Initially we were given a deluxe room but we were expecting a suite. The website obviously was not clear in that the photo showed a suite so it was misleading. Fortunately, the manager took care of this immediately. He was very kind and understanding and we had to upgrade by paying an additional fee but it was worth it
