This gorgeous 1,100 sq ft contemporary space boasts hardwood floors, 20 ft high wooden ceilings and beams, and an interior flagstone wall. A true mountain lodge feeling!! Includes gas fireplace; granite counter tops and glass doors in the kitchen area; flagstone floor and cedar closet in the bathroom! For sleeping there are two queen sized beds, a set of handmade wooden bunk beds, and a large overstuffed sofa. Above the garage in the carriage house; it was built using sandstone from the original bank barn. Located on a 6.5 acre working farm with goats, chickens, and a donkey - beautiful scenery, vegetable and flower gardens in season! And of course central air for those warm days! Guests can participate around the farm if they wish. And campfires are available weather permitting. The hosts, Richard and Nancy, offer classes in pie-making, cheese-making, native wild flowers, gardening for children, among others.
